Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ulvi Mehdiyev made this statement at a press conference today.
Ulvi Mehdiyev added that the YASHAT Foundation will also meet needs of the participants of the First Karabakh War:
"We have information about our martyrs. Therefore, our martyrs' families do not need to apply to the YASHAT Foundation. Their issues will be considered directly by the Foundation. Starting from March, the First Karabakh War participants should also apply to the Foundation. I think that they will welcome our appeal."
