Previously, if a person who was an Azerbaijani citizen did not report within a month, criminal liability was provided, but after the change, criminal liability was abolished. Various agreements are currently being drafted with 43 countries. Last year, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan signed an agreement on migration processes. According to the visa agreement with Turkey, Turkish citizens can stay in the country for 90 days without a visa from August 13. Permanent residency exams were suspended last year. At present, these exams are not held, and Azerbaijani language courses for foreigners were held in an online format for some time. "
