French envoy calls on Baku, Yerevan to join Ottawa Convention

It would be heartening if Azerbaijan and Armenia could together join the Ottawa Mine Ban Convention, French Ambassador to Baku Zacharie Gross tweeted.

“Since the war is over and the huge task of demining has started, it would be heartening if Azerbaijan and Armenia could together join the Ottawa Mine Ban Convention. 164 countries are already parties to the Treaty,” the diplomat wrote.
