"The new geopolitical reality, major recovery plans in Karabakh and the opening of transport links in the region will lead to development and employment in Azerbaijan," Azerbaijan's Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said, AzVision.az reports.
"The revival of Karabakh will enhance stability in the Caucasus and strengthen us as a regional center," Jabbarov noted.
