5.4-magnitude quake jolts northwest of Japan

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted 38 km northwest of Yonakuni, Japan at 17:36:02 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said, AzVision.az reports citing Xinhua.

The epicenter, with a depth of 107.67 km, was initially determined to be at 24.6403 degrees north latitude and 122.667 degrees east longitude.
