The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan has warned the citizens once again over the travel to the liberated areas without proper permits considering the risks for their health and indeed their life, AzVision.az reports.
"It is still common for individuals to enter areas that have been liberated from the Armenian occupation but have not been completely cleared of mines by risking their lives and health and ingoring the safety rule", the ministry added.
