Azerbaijan sets up a border guards post on Gafan road

Azerbaijani border guards set up a checkpoint of border control post on the road from Gafan district to Chakaten village, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian media.

The reason for setting up the checkpoint was the recent firing on a sign reading "Welcome to Azerbaijan."

Note that, the installation of a "Welcome to Azerbaijan" sign on the road connecting the villages of Gafan on the border with Azerbaijan has caused concern among Armenians.

Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan posted on his Facebook page that he had received many calls from local residents. He added that they are forced to see the state symbols of Azerbaijan every day. After that, the Armenians opened fire on the board.
