Kathleen M. Snyder, Mayor of the city of Portland, Maine, USA has signed a statement to commemorate the victims of the Khojaly massacre on February 26, 2021, AzVision.az reports citing the press service of the State Committee on Work with the Diaspora of Azerbaijan.
Signing of such a statement was initiated by the head of the Maine Azerbaijan Society Tarlan Ahmadov.
