A statement, which was signed by Sattar Karimov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Cultural Center, and addressed to Bundestag members, contains detailed information about an act of genocide committed 29 years ago by the Armenian armed forces, backed by the 366th motorized rifle, in the Azerbaijani town of Khojaly, the State Committee of Azerbaijan for Diaspora Affairs told AzVision.az.
The statement calls on Bundestag members to recognize the Khojaly genocide and honor the memory of its victims.
