We will start the process of returning Azerbaijan IDPs to their native lands when the Great Return Program is launched, said President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev in his closing speech at the seventh congress of the New Azerbaijan Party, AzVision.az reports.
"The members and activists of the New Azerbaijan Party should play their role in this process. We cannot rebuild all our cities and villages that were destroyed in short span of time. Therefore, it will take some time", he noted.
