Azerbaijan has registered 1333 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers told AzVision.az on Tuesday.
Some 269 patients have recovered, and 18 others have died, the headquarters informed.
The overall confirmed virus cases in Azerbaijan have reached 248,307, with 233,356 recoveries and 3,384. The number of active cases in the country stands at 11,567.
Over the past day, 8,517 COVID-19 tests have been conducted in Azerbaijan, bringing the total number of tests to 2,790,980.
