  We removed all obstacles & strengthened our brotherhood, says Cavusoglu

Starting from April 1, Turkish citizens will be able to travel to Azerbaijan with an ID card, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavushoglu tweeted, AzVision.az reports.

"We removed all the obstacles and strengthened our brotherhood. We wish it to be good for our citizens and our Azerbaijani brothers", Cavusoglu noted.

Note that, starting from April 1, Azerbaijani and Turkish can use a biometric ID card during a direct visit to the territory of both countries.
