Under the order, the Cabinet of Ministers shall take necessary measures in connection with the signing of an "Investment Agreement", an "Energy Purchase and Sale Agreement", a "Transmission Network Connection Agreement", a "Land Lease Agreement", a "Direct Agreements" and an "Independent Engineering Contract" for the construction of the solar power plant.
The Cabinet of Ministers is to present the agreements signed on behalf of the Government of Azerbaijan to the President of Azerbaijan.
