In 2005, the UN General Assembly declared 4 April as International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action, Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, wrote on his Twitter page on Sunday.
