Turkey"s military has once again bombarded Kurdish rebel positions in Northern Iraq.
A state-run agency released video purporting to show laser guided bombs being dropped on what were described as ‘logistics depots’ belonging to the Kurdistan Workers Party or PKK.

On Tuesday the Turkish army also implemented tighter security measures on the Turkish side of its border with Iraq.

F16 fighter jets are said to have struck a group of PKK militants in southeastern Turkey within hours of the group allegedly firing on Turkish police in the mountanous province of Sirnak.

Turkey began airstrikes against the PKK last week following a series of attacks on its police officers and soldiers blamed on the Kurdish militant group.
