Muradov participated in the trilateral talks in Moscow with the participation of representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia. It was noted that the main issue discussed during the talks was the return of saboteurs, who resorted to provocation after the war:
"No precise decision was made but there is no positive information."
General Muradov is scheduled to hold talks in Yerevan on the Moscow meeting.
