According to the amendments, disabled war veterans are exempted from state duties when filing appeals and complaints in connection with the determination of facts of legal significance; when filing appeals in connection with a court order and in appealing court decisions; when re-issuing copies of court documents, as well as in connection with the commission of notarial actions in the purchase and sale of housing.
The draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
