ASAN service No 5 in Baku launches "Digital service" window

ASAN service center No 5 of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan operating in Baku has launched the "Digital Service" window, the Public Relations Department of the Agency told reporters.

According to the Agency, the main purpose of this window, created by the E-GOV Development Center (EGDC), is to answer citizens' questions about e-services and support them in the use of e-services. The "Digital Service" window was created to address the difficulties faced by Azerbaijani citizens who do not have the necessary conditions or information to use e-services, as well as foreigners living in the country.

In the new service window, citizens can get detailed information about E-services, including "ASAN Login", "myGov", eGov, "ASAN pay" and other portals. It also provides operative technical support to citizens on registration, restoration of account access and other areas.

The “Digital Service” window operates in three directions:

1. On the e-government portal - Here you can register on the portal, get a certificate of employment, get information about pensions, as well as information on how to apply to all available services through the e-government portal

2. On the “ASAN Login” system - Here it is possible for citizens to register, get information about the services available in “ASAN Login”, as well as about the services provided by about 60 systems connected here. It is also possible to apply if there is a need to register citizens under the age of 18, if they are twins or triplets, in case of inability to register via video recording on the portal due to plastic surgery or any other reason

3. On the "myGov" portal - registration, viewing of personal information, issuance of certificates and to get acquainted with other information.

The service provided in the abovementioned directions listed in the "Digital Service" window is provided free of charge for citizens by EGDC employees.

It is planned to create a similar "Digital Service" window in other "ASAN service" centers in the future.
