An Azerbaijani citizen, involved in the activities of illegal armed groups in Syria, has been brought to criminal responsibility in Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports citing the State Security Service of Azerbaijan.
The security service said that measures continue to identify and prosecute citizens of Azerbaijan who participated in the activities of illegal armed groups on the territory of foreign countries.
