Russia made a significant contribution to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said Russian President Vladimir Putin in a video address to the participants of the IX Moscow Conference on International Security.
Putin said the cessation of the conflict was possible due to Russia's decisive contribution.
He stressed that Russian peacekeepers have ensured peace and security in the region, and have done much to improve the humanitarian situation, clear the area of mines and restore social infrastructure.
