"France welcomes the liberation of 15 Armenian detainees and the hand-over to of mine maps of the districts of Fizuli and Zangilan," French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross wrote on Twitter.

"This is an important move to reduce tensions and build trust among parties. Positive dynamic for peace," Ambassador also stated.
