The European Court rejected a petition filed by Armenia to force Azerbaijan to suspend the trials of Armenian saboteur servicemen and provide all the materials of the case, said Armenia's representative to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) Yeghishe Kirakosyan, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian media.
Note that the petition was submitted to the ECHR on June 30, but on July 2, the court rendered a negative decision. The very complaint against Azerbaijan was filed on February 1, 2021.
