President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on dismissal of Mikayil Ismayilov from the post of the vice-president of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR).
Under another presidential order, Bahram Huseynov was relieved of his duty as SOCAR vice-president for geology and geophysics.
Togif Gahramanov, SOCAR vice-president for strategic development, and David Mammadov, SOCAR vice-president for processing, were also sacked by presidential order.
The orders come into force from the date of signing.
