There is no need to impose additional restrictions due to COVID-19 in Azerbaijan as to date, said Shahmar Movsumov, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Department for Economic Affairs and Policy of Innovative Development of the Presidential Administration.
He made the remarks at a briefing of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday, AzVision.az reports.
Movsumov said the Operational Headquarters can discuss the issue of imposing restrictions at subsequent stages if the number of COVID-19 patients at hospitals will be very high.
"At today's briefing, information was provided about the vaccine, in the safety of which no one should have doubts," he added.
