  Azerbaijan, Turkey to hold joint military drills in Nakhchivan

Azerbaijan and Turkey will hold joint tactical live-fire exercises, dubbed “Indestructible Brotherhood-2021” on October 5-8 in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, said Turkish Defense Ministry spokesperson Pinar Kara, AzVision.az reports.

Kara noted that the exercises are aimed at developing friendship, cooperation and coordination between the Land Forces of the two countries.

The spokesperson reiterated that Turkey will continue to stand by brotherly Azerbaijan.

Kara also said that Turkey continues to support demining operations in Azerbaijan’s territories liberated from the Armenian occupation.
