Valiyev highlighted Ganja`s achievements, as well as preparation for the upcoming presidential election.
The ambassador expressed hope the election would be free and fair.
Morningstar also met with officials of four Ganja election constituencies, and visited a state-of-the-art refugee district which houses 1500 refugee families.
The US Ambassador also met representatives of NGOs operating in Ganja.
