The Huseyniyye Mosque in Baku has been closed, Police Colonel Ehsan Zahidov, spokesman for the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
He said that the number of people, who contracted COVID-19 has increased in several parts of the capital in recent days:
"Today at noon, with the participation of police officers and other specialists, the Huseyniyye Mosque, where the office is located, was inspected and the place of worship was closed. Currently, the epidemiological service is taking appropriate measures there."
