“The news on the collapse of a seven-story building in Batumi city of Georgia very saddened us. We present our heartfelt condolences to the families of victims of the deadly incident & wish a speedy recovery to all injured. Expressing solidarity with friendly Georgia,” the ministry tweeted.
Six people, including two minors, have died following the collapse of a multi-block residential building in the Black Sea town of Batumi.
Rescuers continue searching for three more people trapped under the ruins of the building.
