Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has congratulated the Azerbaijani people on the occasion of October 18- the Day of Restoration of Independence.
"30th anniversary of the restoration of independence of Azerbaijan is more beautiful with the liberation of Karabakh from the occupation. Long live with tricolor flag, dear Azerbaijan," Cavusoglu shared post on Twitter.
