President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar, AzVision.az reports.
The sides discussed the development prospects of Azerbaijan-EU cooperation, stressing the significance of the European Union's cooperation with Azerbaijan and noting that Azerbaijan is a reliable partner of the European Union.
Toivo Klaar also highlighted that the European Union is ready to contribute to strengthening stability and peace in the region.
They also exchanged views on the upcoming Eastern Partnership Summit.
