The former vice-president of the World Bank, Ismail Serageldin, said he hopes very fruitful discussions will take place at VIII Global Baku Forum, to be held under the motto “The World After COVID-19” in Azerbaijan’s capital on November 4-6.

Serageldin made the remarks Wednesday during the presentation of two books about world-famous Azerbaijani poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi, which was published in a foreign language, AzVision.az reports.

“I’m very happy to be a member of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center. We will discuss the problems that concern the world. The forum will be attended by representatives from numerous countries, and I hope that we will have very fruitful discussions,” he added.
