Unfortunately, this offer has not been responded to," President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in his speech at the opening of VIII Global Baku Forum - "The World after COVID-19".
The head of the state said that now everything would depend on Armenia's position: "Our position is clear. I want to restate that we are ready to start peace negotiations and sign peace agreement. We want to turn this page and determine the borders. As you see, Armenia doesn't respond and it is almost a year that Armenia keeps its silence. In my opinion, they will not be able to resist Azerbaijan's constructive position.
