The whole world should know that the Azerbaijani-Turkish brotherhood will last forever, Turkey's National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said at a Victory Day event in Baku, AzVision.az reports.
"Victory has been won, but after many years a new struggle has begun for the continuity of the process that will bring peace to the Caucasus. In this context, the Shusha Declaration is a strong step towards the future," the minister added.
