"Issues about the liberated territories have been discussed since December of 2020," Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee for Economic Policy, Industry and Business Enterprising.
"There is no decision on whether we can change land reforms in those areas. Working discussions are also held with the participation of the Presidential Administration. The final opinion in this regard is that there must be modifications. The second issue is to find the right balance between economic activity and social policy. Much of the problem is that there is a question of identifying property documents and non-property documents. This problem is in the spotlight today," he stressed.
