The 8th Summit of Heads of State of the Turkic Council will be of historical significance for the entire Turkic world and our countries, said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov in Istanbul on November 12, AzVision.az reports.
"It is a great pleasure to see you. This is our first meeting and we will have more meetings in the future. I highly appreciate our meeting in the framework of the summit of the Turkish Council which is becoming an organization. It will also be a good opportunity to exchange our views over bilateral relations between our countries", Ilham Aliyev noted.
