For 30 years, Armenia has destroyed historical and cultural monuments in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, said Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov in his speech at the conference "The Great Return: Revival of Culture", AzVision.az reports.
"Unfortunately, the only explanation for the destruction of the historical and cultural monuments is the feeling of ethnic hatred against the Azerbaijani people. Despite the fact that we talk about peace in the post-conflict period, previous crimes should be given a proper legal assessment", Mammadov noted.
