Totally, 154 severaly wounded servicemen have been sent to Turkey, head of the YASHAT Foundation Elvin Huseynov said at a press conference dedicated to the year-end activity of the YASHAT Foundation.
"115 of them returned to Azerbaijan. Currently, the treatment of 39 severaly wounded servicemen continues in Turkey.
On December 8, President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order on the establishment of the YASHAT Foundation in order to support the war-wounded and families of martyrs, who protected the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
