Armenia violates ceasefire 203 times: Joint Monitoring Center

The joint Turkish-Russian Ceasefire Monitoring Center operating in Azerbaijan’s Aghdam district has registered 203 ceasefire violations by Armenian armed forces to date, AzVision.az reports citing TRT Haber.

The Turkish TV channel dispatched its reporter Fatih Avanos to the center.

The center has been operating for 11 months, said Avanos, noting that 60 Turkish servicemen serve in the center and 13 of them are drone operators.

The reporter added that both Azerbaijan and Armenia are informed about the ceasefire violations.

The reporter also clarified how the ceasefire violations were calculated: “Actually, we know that these violations are more. However, the Turkish military registers the violations during the same period as one fact. Thus, the minimum number of the truce violations is 203.”
