"The 3 + 3 format should have a positive impact on relations among the countries located in the region, said Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergei Kopirkin in Yerevan.
The Russian diplomat stated that the Foreign Ministry's statement reflects Russia's attitude to this regional format as an opportunity to discuss issues that concern all countries.
"We considered the added value of this format in creating an opportunity for dialogue and exchanging views on issues of interest to all countries in the region. Therefore, the format should make an additional positive contribution to relations among them", he added.
