Our victory in the second Nagorno-Karabakh War is a very bright victory, said Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov highlighting the end of the 30-year occupation.
"The atrocities of the Armenian side have now been exposed. Those areas were mined to destroy people and they destroyed everything. If these lands are yours, why did you destroy them? That fact must be taken into account", Heydarov noted.
The Minister also touched on the low- level of accuracy of mine maps of Azerbaijani territories provided by Armenia.
"A special regiment has been created in the Ministry of Emergency Situations under the instructions of the President of Azerbaijan. Our mine-sweepers are cooperating with ANAMA and the Ministry of Defense", he added.
