On December 15, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attended a non-formal meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Brussels at the initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron, AzVision.az reports.
The French President shared a photo from his one-on-one meeting with President Ilham Aliyev on his official Facebook account together with a post written in Azerbaijani for the first time.
"We must find solutions to lasting peace. Last night we moved forward with President Aliyev and then with Prime Minister Pashinyan," the post reads.
Later, Macron shared another photo from the meeting and a post written in Azerbaijani, French and Armenian: "Armenia, Azerbaijan together!"
