"I hope that the project of the Zangazur corridor will be implemented," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said at a press conference.
He said that the trilateral meeting on the opening of railway and automobile communication, including the Zangazur corridor was held effectively: "Mainly, Armenia needs the Zangazur corridor. Certainly, it is also vital to establish direct communication between other territories of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan. We decide on any issue by consulting with Azerbaijan. Both Armenia and the whole world must know it. We hope that relations will reach the desired level. Both Azerbaijan and Turkey could open their borders with Armenia."
