Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the New Year, AzVision.az reports.
"The meetings of the two heads of state in Moscow and Sochi in 2021 fully confirmed the strength of the strategic partnership between Russia and Azerbaijan", the congratulatory letter reads.
Putin expressed hope for the continuation of constructive dialogue and close joint activities for the further development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations.
