Armenia is expected to establish diplomatic relations and open borders with Turkey as a result of dialogue, said Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Vahan Unanyan at a meeting of special envoys of the two countries scheduled for January 14, AzVision.az reports.
He noted that the Turkish government supports the approach of starting a dialogue without preconditions.
