The Turkish Foreign Ministry issued a statement on the first meeting between the Special Envoys of Turkey and Armenia on the normalization process, Ambassador Serdar Kilic and the Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinya, AzVision.az the official website of the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
"During the first meeting held in a positive and constructive atmosphere, the special envoys exchanged views on the normalization process to be implemented through dialogue between Turkey and Armenia. The parties agreed to continue talks for full normalization without preconditions," the Foreign Ministry stated.
