Kazakhstan appoints new defense minister

Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a decree appointing Ruslan Zhaksylykov as the country's Minister of Defense, AzVision.az reports. 

By the order, Ruslan Zhaksylykov has been relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan – Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard.
