Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay has conveyed condolences to the people of Azerbaijan on the 32nd anniversary of the January 20 tragedy.

"I commemorate the martyrs of January 20, who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of Azerbaijan," Fuat Oktay posted on Twitter.
