Following his visits to Armenia and Georgia this week, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar will also visit Azerbaijan for regular high-level consultations next week, EU representative told reporters.
He is expected to have meetings with several Azerbaijani officials in Baku on February 21.
