  OSCE Permanent Council to hold extraordinary session over Ukrainian crisis

OSCE is planning to convene an extraordinary session of its Permanent Council after Russia decided to conduct a special military operation in eastern Ukraine.

On Thursday morning, permanent representatives of the OSCE member-states received information about the start of Russia's military action in eastern Ukraine, AzVision.az reports citing TASS.

A source in the organization said the permanent council prepares to hold a session to discuss the developments.
