Russia has lifted eth COVID-19 restrictions for flights to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Iran since March 9, AzVision.az reports citing Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya).
Flights to these countries will be operated under the "Intergovernmental Air Transport Agreement".
